Russ is blessed to-lead a national real estate organization of 140+ agents serving 50+ communities nationwide. He began his real estate career in 1991 focused on delivering a five-star customer service experience and has personally been involved in over 5,000 real estate transactions.
Coaching and teaching other real estate professionals and groups across the country is a passion of Russ’s. So many have poured into him and have helped him over the years, and he considers it a privilege to do this for others.
Russ was a KW BOLD Coach (the only for both Real Estate and Business) for five years where he coached thousands of the top agents and business owners throughout the country. He currently owns and operates Renegade Coaching, serving hundreds of Realtors throughout the US and Canada.
Lastly, Russ tends to be a handy guy with an extensive tool collection so often he can be found at a friend/clients house helping sole the most recent “honey-do”.
